Empower Her Series | A PARTNERSHIP WITH TEMWAH

Music4Malawi is thrilled to announce a groundbreaking partnership with the Empower Her Music Series, an inspiring initiative by Malawian celebrated artist Temwah, aimed at empowering and uplifting young women in the music industry. This comprehensive program includes workshops, mentorship programs, events, performances, and advocacy campaigns tailored specifically for the girl child in the music industry.

At Music4Malawi, we are passionate about fostering talent and creating opportunities for aspiring musicians, especially young women. We believe in the power of music to inspire, empower, and drive positive change in communities. That’s why we’re proud to join forces with EmpowerHerMusicSeries to support and amplify the voices of female artists in Malawi.

In this exciting partnership, Music4Malawi, through our Kwathu Kollective, will provide vital support by offering a venue for training sessions at the Kwathu Hub, media and graphic design services, and a special performance platform at our upcoming World Creativity & Innovation Day celebrations event in partnership with the EU in Malawi. This event also marks the celebration of five years of NthaFoundation’s remarkable work in empowering youth and fostering innovation.

The first sessions for the EmpowerHerMusicSeries are set to kick off this coming weekend at the Kwathu Hub, marking the beginning of a transformative journey for aspiring female musicians in Malawi. We’re excited to see the impact of this initiative and the incredible talent that will emerge from these workshops and mentorship programs.
